【酱爆猴头菇】
材料:猴头菇、青红椒
调味:郫县豆瓣酱、番茄酱、素蚝油、糖、老抽
做法:
1:青红椒切片,过油煸炒,加盐入味,出锅。
2:处理过的猴头菇过油煸炒至金黄色出锅
3:油锅里加豆瓣酱、番茄酱烧热,加入老抽、糖、素蚝油调味,加少许水稀释后,投入猴头菇、青红椒拌匀,淋上水淀粉勾芡出锅即可。
