辣子猴头菇
材料:猴头菇、黄飞红麻辣花生(可用花椒和炒熟的花生替代)、干辣椒、青椒丝各适量
做法:
1.处理好的猴头菇用干淀粉抓匀,下油锅中炸至金黄,捞出,锅中留少许底油
2.下入青椒丝和干辣椒翻炒,火不要太大,以免干辣椒炒焦
3.加入炸好的猴头菇和黄飞红麻辣花生继续翻炒
4.最后加生抽,盐,糖调味即可
